15192545_1130725533690344_2807417442721450594_nPTSD- Post Traumatic Syndrome has been a subject of many books, movies, and news headlines in the last 10 years, but never in conjunction with civilian life. Katie wakes up to find that she has been in a car crash that has taken the life of her father, and though she was not driving she blames herself and the drunken soldier who hit them head on. As part of her recovery her Therapist wants her to write to a soldier pen-pal to work through her issues with the driver of the other car. When she receives the list of pen-pals for her to choose from she find that her high school sweet heart that has broken her heart is on the list. Can she kill two birds with one stone, relieving her anger from the past as well as her anger of the present, working out their PTSD together?
